California Community Foundation’s (CCF) Manager of Development and Donor Operations ensures that the internal foundational support exists to allow external relationship managers to spend their time engaging, cultivating, and stewarding key constituents. The manager does this via significant individual contribution as well as through a team of department and other CCF staff. The position is responsible for all aspects of development and donor relations operations.
The position requires exceptional data management skills, a passion for philanthropy and a sense of humor when necessary to maintain a strong service orientation in a fast-paced and change-filled environment.
