The Director of Marketing and Communications develops and implements California Community Foundation’s (CCF) comprehensive and proactive communications, marketing and branding strategy to increase awareness and impact of the foundation's work by engaging multiple and diverse target audiences to actively support CCF and its programs. This is a hands-on position that manages a small staff to leverage the work of the foundation's leadership and management teams. The position requires the ability to use creativity, a passion for people and a sense of humor when necessary to maintain a strong service orientation in a fast-paced and change-filled environment.
