At the Lumina Foundation, the Evaluation and Planning Officer will assist the Director of Organizational Performance and Evaluation in supporting the Foundation’s evaluation function, which includes managing evaluation work commissioned by the Foundation, advising foundation staff and grantees on evaluation matters, and developing/implementing knowledge management strategies to synthesize, share, and apply evaluation findings to advance our strategies. The position requires experience in evaluation and research with proficiency in quantitative and qualitative methods, performance measurement, and project management.
