Development Associate
Ellynne Davis is ABFE’s Development Associate. She is responsible for supporting ABFE’s fundraising program, managing the donor database and providing administrative support to the Director of Development and Campaign and the Development Team. Prior to joining ABFE, Ellynne took a fellowship position at RespectAbility, an organization that seeks to advance opportunities for people with disabilities. There she provided support in reaching out to philanthropists, foundations, individuals and corporations to garner support for organizations to better support and serve people with disabilities. Additionally, Ellynne worked in the trade show industry serving as the primary contact to all exhibitors and managed and supported the project timeline of events ensuring that all deadlines were met.
Ellynne received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication from the University of Illinois majoring in Psychology and Communications.
Ellynne hopes to aid in bringing in the needed support to help ABFE’s departments function and expand so that our philanthropic efforts continue to strengthen black communities.
