Tekecha Morgan

Program Manager

Tekecha Morgan is the program manager at ABFE: A Philanthropic Partnership for Black Communities. She has extensive background in strategic business development and marketing. Prior to joining ABFE she was the Next Gen Programs Manager with the New York State Society of CPAs, where she managed all aspects of program planning for the Young Professionals Division that served over 30,000 CPAs throughout the State of New York, as well as driving new membership and retention.

Tekecha’s greatest strengths are her creativity, drive and leadership. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. In 2014, Tekecha was recognized by the New York Society of Association Executives (NYSAE) Next Generation Leadership Group for outstanding achievement in innovative marketing development.

Tekecha volunteers with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of New York and the Career Opportunities in the Accounting Program (COAP), a summer program developed to expose promising underrepresented minority high school students to accounting and business careers.

Tekecha is a graduate of Virginia State University and aspires to pursue her MBA degree.
